Position: Junior Local Agent

The Embassy of Tunisia in London is seeking a dedicated Junior Local Agent to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for intercultural communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive assistance and support to the citizens.

• Manage and respond to enquiries in Arabic, French, and English, both orally and in writing.

• Maintain high standards of service and patience in all communications.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet the embassy's objectives.

• Work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (oral and written).

• Must have a minimum of A-levels or equivalent.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in handling stressful situations with composure and professionalism.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong organisational skills.
